Meet Inés Gomez Campos, Psychiatrist

Psychiatrist & Co-Founder of Stressinsight

Dr. Inés Gomez is a psychiatrist with extensive experience in workplace mental health, emotional well-being, and the clinical effects of chronic stress. She divides her time between Stressinsight and her private psychiatric practice, where she treats a broad range of patients — including many who struggle with work-related stress, burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm.

Her clinical work gives her a unique, real-world perspective on how modern work environments shape mental health. This medical insight complements Stressinsight’s science-based approach and ensures that the platform addresses stress not only as a workplace issue, but also as a psychological and physiological one.
